A Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing and implementing strategies to increase company revenue, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a proactive approach to market research, lead generation, and client management.

Job Description

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Telephone calls potential customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Min. 1 year experience.
  • Having experience in a bank or financial institution is preferred.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced as Sales Hunter.
