Audit Committee Profile

In order to realize good corporate governance and in reference to applicable rules and regulations, the Company has an Audit Committee (“Committee”) which is formed by and is responsible to the Board of Commissioners in helping carry out the duties and functions of the Board of Commissioners. In carrying out its functions, duties and responsibilities, the Committee is required to have guidelines which include work guidelines and work procedures that must be known and are binding on each member of the Committee.
