VENTENY Announces H1 2025 Financial Performance: Reaffirms Growth and Profitability Amid Global Economic Uncertainty

Jakarta, August 4, 2025 – PT VENTENY Fortuna International Tbk (IDX: VTNY) today announced its financial results for the first half of 2025. Despite continued global and regional economic challenges, VENTENY remained steadfast in its commitment to growth, posting higher profits compared to the same period in the previous year.

For the first half of 2025, VENTENY recorded total revenue of IDR 104.0 billion, representing an 18.3% year-over-year increase. The company’s B2B Financial Services segment remained the primary revenue contributor, generating IDR 56.3 billion (54.2%), while the B2B2E Employee Super App business contributed IDR 47.7 billion (45.8%).

Alongside revenue growth, net profit surged by 129.4%, rising from IDR 3.2 billion in H1 2024 to IDR 7.3 billion in H1 2025. This performance reflects an internal strategic shift toward prioritizing high-margin business segments, even as Indonesia’s domestic economy remains influenced by global uncertainty.

Amid ongoing shifts in consumer behavior and continued financing challenges faced by MSMEs, VENTENY has responded with measured strategies, remaining prudent yet responsive to the increasing demand for accessible, tech-driven financial solutions from its partners. This careful approach reflects VENTENY’s commitment to sustainable growth while navigating market uncertainties.

Despite these challenges, VENTENY remains committed to its long-term vision of building an ecosystem that fosters sustainable growth for MSMEs and promotes employee welfare. The Company continues to focus on product innovation, operational efficiency, and expanding strategic collaborations with both local and international partners.

VENTENY continues to adapt to market dynamics while staying true to its vision of becoming a catalyst for economic growth in Southeast Asia. While this quarter has posed some challenges, we are confident that our long-term strategy, which combines the power of technology, financial inclusion, and employee quality of life, will deliver sustainable positive outcomes,” said Jun Waide, Founder and Group CEO of PT VENTENY Fortuna International Tbk.

As part of its commitment to strong corporate governance and transparency, VENTENY also conducts regular internal evaluations to strengthen its financial and operational structures. A focus on efficiency and technological advancement will remain the foundation for navigating the second half of 2025 and the years ahead.

VENTENY is optimistic that gradual economic recovery, particularly in the digital and MSME sectors, will unlock significant new growth opportunities. Continued support from shareholders, strategic partners, and the government will be key drivers in advancing the Company’s vision to create real social impact in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia.
