Jakarta, 1 October 2025 – PT VENTENY Fortuna International Tbk (IDX: VTNY) announced that the Company has received strategic funding from Better Place Co. Ltd., Japan, with an undisclosed amount. This fresh capital will be used to accelerate the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia through B2B Financial Services, or access to productive funding, as well as to enhance employee welfare through the innovative VENTENY Employee Super App.
This strategic move aligns with initiatives implemented by Better Place in Japan, where they support the development of employee assets, particularly within small and medium-sized enterprises, by promoting the adoption of the Welfare Hagukumi Corporate Pension Fund (Hagukumi Corporate Pension). Both companies share the same vision: to create a significant impact on society by improving employee welfare and strengthening the competitiveness of MSMEs.
