Jakarta, 3 October, 2025 — PT VENTENY Fortuna International Tbk (IDX: VTNY), which provides productive financing for MSMEs and operates an employee super app focused on workforce well-being, has secured USD 5.5 million in funding from Impact Investment Exchange’s (IIX) Women’s Livelihood Bond™ 7 (WLB7™), a multi-country and multi-sector portfolio aimed at empowering women and girls to build economic resilience and advance environmental sustainability.
This funding will be used to accelerate VENTENY’s business expansion across Indonesia, broadening access to financial services and well-being programs for workers in both the formal and informal sectors by providing working capital loans to women-owned and women-led micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). These funds will empower underserved women from low-income, rural, and financially excluded communities to build sustainable businesses, aligning with Indonesia’s agenda for inclusive growth and women’s economic participation.
“The collaboration with WLB7 not only supports VENTENY’s continued growth but also reinforces our commitment to financial inclusion and social impact in Indonesia. This is a validation of our business model that combines technological innovation with economic empowerment, both for business and also for employees,” said Jun Waide, Founder and Group CEO of PT VENTENY Fortuna International Tbk.
“Through the Women’s Livelihood Bond™ 7, IIX continues to channel private capital toward inclusive growth and gender equality in priority markets such as Indonesia. We are pleased to support organizations such as VENTENY in driving access to finance and improving economic resilience for women and small businesses in Indonesia,” said Robert Kraybill, CIO of IIX.
VENTENY recently received the Orange Seal Certification by IIX, an international recognition of the company’s commitment to gender equality and environmental sustainability. The certification reaffirms that VENTENY’s operations are aligned with IIX’s global standards on ESG integration and impact measurement.
With IIX’s support, VENTENY aims to expand access to responsible financial services, particularly for women workers and underserved communities, while strengthening its technology to serve MSMEs more effectively and promote inclusive growth in Indonesia.
